This intensive TCCC Tier 4 (CP/P) course provides advanced medical clinicians—Physicians, PAs, NPs, and Paramedics—with the specialized procedural skills and tactical strategies required to manage life-threatening trauma in high-threat environments. Grounded in the Joint Trauma System and MARCH-PAWS algorithm, the curriculum emphasizes procedural mastery in surgical airways, finger thoracostomies, and fresh whole blood administration. Led by Special Operations instructors, participants undergo high-fidelity, stress-inoculated simulations to transition hospital-based expertise into elite, point-of-injury trauma care.
